To keep the app and the community a safe and fun place, adhere to these rules when uploading content and interacting with other users:
Rules
1. General
Keep content furry-relevant and post in the correct category. Whenever possible, provide links to the original work and give credit to the original author.
2. No violence or harmful content
Do not post, comment or share violent content or content that encourages others to do things that might cause them to get hurt or to commit specific acts of violence, especially kids. If posting graphic content in a news or documentary context, please be mindful to provide enough information to help people understand what's going on in the content.
3. No hate speech, bullying, personal attacks, doxxing or excessive drama
We do not support content or users that promote or condone violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status or sexual orientation, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred. This includes targeting or following individual users, starting drama, doxxing, etc.
4. No spamming, manipulation and multiple account abuse
Don't post or send large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, comments or messages. Creating multiple accounts with overlapping uses or in order to evade the temporary or permanent ban of a separate account is not allowed.
Chain posts and reposts, such as "Repost if ..." must use the "Hide from New" option (i.e. for your followers only, don't post it for everyone to see).
5. No advertising-only accounts
Don't create an account simply to advertise or gain traction to other platforms or services.
7. Content guidelinesWhen uploading content, adhere to these rules:
7.1. Ratings
All user content must be rated correctly.
Safe content
Must be suitable for all ages.
Language
May contain mild profanity, be lightly suggestive and discuss adult themes but not must be used in a sexual context.
Sexual content
No sexual content. Must be free of all kinds of nudity. No revealing clothing, female nipples, outlines of genitalia or bulges. No bodily fluids or waste.
Violence
May contain light violence and fictional blood, but must not be gory or sexual.
Suggestive content (18+)
Language
Severe or persistent use of profanity. May hint towards sexual activity.
Sexual content
Tasteful and artistic nudity and mature themes that are not sexual. Mildly sexual fetishes. Implied sexual acts or activites. May contain small amounts of bodily fluids in a non-sexual setting.
Violence
Mildly violent, disturbing or repulsive content that is not sexual.
Explicit content (18+)
Language
Sexually explicit text or dialouge.
Sexual content
Explicit content, acts, extreme fetishes and bodily fluids in a sexual context.
Violence
Graphic, intense and explicit violence.
Real-life content
May contain sexually explicit real-life (IRL) content, with the following exceptions:
- No real-life human pornography unless it contains furry relevant themes, such as murrsuits, toys or cosplay. No plain dick pics, nude selfies, etc.
- No illegal or abusive sexual activities or material.
7.2. Real-life content
Real-life gore, injuries or death is not allowed.
7.3. Categories, sensitive content and AI art
Posts must be put in the correct category and use the correct theme/content tags. Sensitive categories, such as fetishes, disturbing content, etc., are allowed if posted with the correct category/content/theme tags (i.e. do not post it for everyone to see).
Content made with the help of AI must use the "Made with AI" content/theme.
7.4. User icons and profiles
All user icons, backgrounds and profile descriptions must match the Safe content guidelines stated above.
7.5. Suggestive/Explicit content in Safe areas
Do not post, comment, write about or engage in sexual activities in Safe rated or public areas. This includes erotic role-playing and talking about sexual themes.
7.6. Underage characters
No young or underage humans (minors) or human-like beings in sexual/18+ settings. This includes fetish content and suggestive poses.
7.7. Additional forbidden content
- Feral x humans/anthros (bestiality)
- Rape
- Death / heavy gore
- Faeces
7.8. Dating
Do not make posts, comments, or messages in attempt to seek a date, relationship or other romantic connection. An exception is made for Adult (18+) chats that clearly state, in either the group name or info, that they are for this purpose or allow it.
8. No deceptive content
Do not spread information that you know is wrong or false. This includes misinformation and anti-vaccination.
9. No personal and confidential information
To protect the safety of our users and other individuals, anything that reveals other people's personally identifiable information (such as emails, phone numbers, private social media profiles) is not allowed. This includes screenshots of non-public chats and messages.
10. No illegal activities or content
Illegal activities and content, such as drugs, drug use or scamming, are not allowed. Do not talk, message or act sexually towards any user that you are not certain is an adult. Such acts may be reported to law enforcement.
11. No impersonation
You may not impersonate others (person, group or brand) in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
12. No copyright and trademark infringement
Respect originality and creativity. Give credit where credit is due. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that are well-known or hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames. No paid content (e.g. from Patreon) is allowed without the original author's consent. Traced or plagiarised art is not allowed. Don't post music or videos that you do not have the rights for.
13. Gambling
Do not post or promote gambling of any kind. Gambling in art and video games is allowed.
14. Hate groups and terrorist organisations
Content that displays, promotes or features real-life hate groups, terrorist organisations, mass murderers, etc., and their symbols is not allowed.
15. The report system and moderators
Do not create multiple reports for the same issue, it will not be solved faster. Moderators solve issues in their free time, have patience and do not threaten, insult or harass any moderator or member of the staff for any reason. Convincing other users to report or target a specific user is not allowed.
Reporting content
Report content that you believe do not follow these rules. Reported content is inspected by moderators and actions are taken accordingly. If you find something unusually disturbing that requires immediate attention, send an email to reports@efurry.net, with all relevant details (screenshots, links, usernames, etc.).

Penalties
Failure to abide by these rules may result in penalties being applied to your account(s). Penalties are applied by the discretion of the moderator based on the severity of the violation and the user's history.
Bans
Bans can be applied to your whole account or only certain parts of it. For example, if you abuse the messaging system to harass users you will be banned from sending messages.
